Alan Gruber is President and Managing Broker of Barclay Properties Group, Inc. With over 20 years of multi-faceted experience in real estate industry including finance, acquisition, divestiture, and brokerage, and transaction values ranging from $15,000 to $34 million, Alan can apply two decades of experience, knowledge and success to help you with your real estate needs. Alan specializes in commercial real estate sales in Southwest Florida and Gulf access residential real estate in Lee County and is also a Certified Property Management Specialist.

As Vice President and Southeast Regional Director for a national land trust, Alan spent over a decade leading the acquisition and divestiture of thousands of acres of land and managing dozens of sites in a nine-state region. That experience equips him with knowledge about a variety of real estate markets and a diverse cross section of property types including residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural land. His work allowed him to partner with a variety of organizations and institutions such as International Paper, the University of Florida, and the National Park Service; the success of which led to citations and letters of appreciation from the United States Secretary of the Interior, the Director of the National Parks Service, and the Governors of Florida and Alabama. Later, Alan managed acquisitions for a Southwest Florida developer of luxury planned communities where he helped expand operations into the Carolinas.

Alan is a licensed real estate broker, a member of the National Association of Realtors, is co-founder and Board Member at Large of Kenya Connection Kids charitable ministries, an active member of his church, an avid boater and fisherman, and is the author of numerous articles in popular publications related to his passion for history and archaeology.
